He is involved in the management of vein disease through minimally invasive treatments, including sclerotherapy and radiofrequency ablation (RFA), as part of individualized care plans. Dr. Mehta earned his dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Microbiology before receiving his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York. He completed his ACGME-accredited Emergency Medicine residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, where he developed advanced expertise in procedural sedation, vascular access, airway management, and hemodynamic monitoring, skills that are directly applicable to minimally invasive vein treatments. In addition to his work in vein care, he has experience as a ketamine infusion specialist for treatment-resistant depression and chronic pain within a physician-led practice. Throughout his career, he has held multiple leadership roles, including Co-Founder and Physician Owner of MindPain Relief Institute, Chair of an Emergency Department Sepsis Committee, and leadership positions within the American Academy of Emergency Medicine.
