Dominique Lekander, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in venous medicine and minimally invasive vascular treatments at Vein Treatment Clinic. Certified by the AANP, she brings a sophisticated blend of technical mastery and patient-centered care to the community. Trained in the latest evidence-based approaches to venous care, Dominique brings a meticulous, detail-oriented methodology to the evaluation and treatment of chronic venous disorders, including varicose veins, spider veins, and underlying venous reflux. She is skilled in minimally invasive procedures such as sclerotherapy and radiofrequency ablation (RFA), applying the most current clinical protocols to deliver both functional improvement and the aesthetic results patients expect. Her commitment to clinical excellence has been recognized through DAISY Award nominations spanning 2021–2024 and Mayo Clinic “Above & Beyond” recognition with over 20 nominations. Dominique’s academic journey began with her undergraduate studies, earning a bachelor’s degree in BSN – Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University. She then pursued graduate studies, earning her degree in MSN – Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University. Known for a warm and approachable demeanor, Dominique views vascular care as a fusion of science and artistry.
