She completed her internship and residency at Harbor UCLA Medical Center, followed by fellowship training in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine through Harbor UCLA Medical Center and CHOC Children’s Hospital. She has held academic roles as an Assistant Professor in Pediatrics at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital and has contributed extensively to medical education, including serving on residency clinical competency committees and as a medical student preceptor through the Kaiser Permanente School of Medicine. Her academic work includes publications focused on improving procedural competency and innovation in medical education.
