Virginia Gonzalez PA-C graduated from The City College of New York Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education’s Physician Assistant program in 2013 with a degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Virginia is fluent in Spanish and began her career in Internal Medicine where she cared for the underserved Hispanic/Latino communities of Queens NY for over 3 years.

Training & recognition

She developed her surgical skills while working at Northwell’s Surgical Specialities in Long Island with a focus on Thyroid and Breast surgery. But her real passion is the study of vascular diseases. Since 2016 Virginia has been treating vascular diseases such as varicose veins, spider veins, DVT, and venous insufficiency. She is skilled in the procedures of Endovenous Ablations, Phlebectomy, Sclerotherapy, and Venous Dopplers.

She also received training and certifications in Cosmetic treatments including Botox, Fillers, and Laser therapy. In her spare time, Virginia enjoys running, successfully completing the New York City Marathon three times. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and dog. Virginia takes pride in her work and is happy to educate and treat patients with Vascular issues.
